Bayahibe closed 2025 with the highest occupancy rate in the Dominican Republic: 87%, tourism revenue growing at +18% per year and property appreciation of +25% during 2025. The country went from 6.5 million international arrivals in 2019 to 11.7 million in 2025, driven by direct flights from Europe and North America and heavy government investment in infrastructure.

The penthouse is the scarcest product in the building: five units in the entire project, two already placed. In the upper tier of the Caribbean vacation rental market — families, groups and extended high-end stays — supply of this format in Bayahibe is virtually nonexistent.
